Frank John Oktavec, P.A.
Frank graduated from Florida Southern University in 1966. In the following years, he played minor league baseball with the Detroit Tigers organization. In 1973, he graduated from Emory University with a Bachelors in Medical Science in the Physicians Assistant program. He then moved to Clayton, GA, where he currently resides. Frank has over 40 years’ medical experience, working in an emergency room, alcohol rehabilitation facilities, and family medicine and cardiology practices. Frank has been with Hillcrest for 18 years.
Ann-Maxwell Searcy, FNP
Ann-Maxwell graduated from Florida State University with a degree in English Literature, and subsequently returned to FSU to get an additional degree in Nursing. She worked at Northside Hospital as a medical surgical nurse, and after two years, went back to school at North Georgia University, earning a Graduate Degree in Nursing. Ann has been with Hillcrest since 2004. She also works with United Hospice in Blue Ridge, GA. Ann enjoys riding and taking care of her horses, as well as traveling. She currently resides near Blue Ridge, GA.
